The Itinery

On Saturday fans in the stadium and watching on TV here in the UK and around the World will see a great line up players and celebrities on the pitch but you will also be seeing x2 DJ sets, two sopranos, performing the national anthems, an address from President Zelensky and then….6 incredible live stage performances from Tom Walker, Pete Doherty, Boombox, Vakarchuk, Tom Grennan and The Pretenders.

4pm - Gates Open

5pm - 5:45pm

The event gets under way with two great DJ sets from Artbat - globally famous Ukrainian DJs performing with John Martin followed by Melanie C. The players will also make their way onto the pitch to warm up and say hello to the fans

5:45pm - 6pm

National Anthem of Ukraine will be performed by Jamala and Carly Paoli will sing the English National Anthem followed by an address from President Zelensky.

Minutes silence for all those killed during this conflict - with the players & artists coming together on the centre circle - we ask the audience to stand in unity. The Players will be joined by mascots - Ukrainian school children displaced by the conflict.

6pm - Kick off

50 legends with a combined 3209 international caps, 468 goals, 7 World Cups, 27 Champions League winners, 100+ trophies, 2 Ballon D’ors…and stars from film & music.

6:24pm - Paying Respect

Our referee will stop the game - please rise, cheer, clap and pay tribute to the bravery of the people of Ukraine. Not just those on the front line but the everyday people who endure, come together and stand defiant.

6:45pm - Half Time Show

Extended half time with powerful performances from Pete Doherty, Boombox and Tom Walker. Pete will perform an incredible version of dirty old town in Ukrainian, Boombox with lead singer Andriy Khlyvnyuk who has come directly from fighting on the frontline to make a special appearance will perform Hey Hey Rise Up with his band and Tom Walker with a haunting rendition of Leave a Light On

7:20pm - Second Half

The second half kicks off

8:05pm - Trophy Presentation

Trophy presentation and players pitch side celebrations with the fans

8:15pm - Live Music

Musical performances by Tom Grennan performing a couple of his hits, Ukrainian legend Vakarchuk and then The Pretenders with a show stopping finale.

9pm - Light Show

Pyro light show and thank you for being here with us tonight.
